Preparing Our PERFORMANCE CATAMARAN to SAIL ACROSS the PACIFIC OCEAN Ep. 95

We are gearing up to transit the Panama Canal and sail about 4,000nm across the Pacific Ocean to the Marquesas in French Polynesia. It’s probably the longest passage one can make and when you’re in the middle of the Pacific the closest people are those on the international space station. So we need to make sure our boat is as seaworthy as possible. This is part one of our Pacific Passage Prep videos so you can see exactly how we’re preparing our Seawind 1600 performance catamaran for the sailing adventure of a lifetime.
