Facing The MOST UNPREDICTABLE OCEAN PASSAGE -Sailing Fiji to NZ

We’re sailing 1200 miles from Fiji to New Zealand. Strict Biosecurite regulations for our dog Yoda leaves us with only a 5 day departure window. Reputed to be one of the most unpredictable passages in the world, we set sail even though Fabio has pneumonia. The voyage lives up to its reputation making us on edge at times and bored at others and in the final hours we have to put the pedal to the metal to try and beat a nasty front.
